HOW THE PROCESS WORKS!?!? (VERY SIMPLE!)

1)Arrange with S.I.G. a specific time & date to view property. If buyer would like to move forward, buyer MUST perform ALL due diligence on property including checking for taxes/liens/fines (title search recommended).

2)Make a REASONABLE offer to us and we'll either Accept, Counter, or Reject.

3)Once there's an accepted offer, you will recieve purchase contract.

4)Buyer will deposit full purchase amount via title company,closing attorney, or directly to S.I.G.

5)Once funds are verified & received, the Deed will be sent overnight mail to closing agent or Buyer.

6) YOU OFFICIALLY OWN THE PROPERTY! Record deed with your county.
